Michael began his career in the industry at the age of 19, starting as a runner at Lipsync Post, where he quickly gained a strong foundation in post-production workflows.

He progressed into the VFX department, supporting the coordinator with scheduling, shot tracking, and reviews, before taking a year out to work on set across productions for Sky, ITV, and Channel 4.

Michael later returned to Lipsync as a DI Conform Editor, a role he held for two years, developing a detailed understanding of finishing processes before transitioning to freelance work as a Post Coordinator in 2018.

Since then, he has contributed to high-profile projects including “The Banshees of Inisherin”, “The Chelsea Detective”, “The Split”, and most recently “Hamnet”.

In recent years, Michael has expanded into Post Supervising, overseeing projects such as the Agatha Christie Christmas Specials and the acclaimed Film4 feature Extra Geography.

Together, Alistair and Michael represent a formidable partnership within the TV and film industry, bringing a rare balance of senior leadership and hands-on, modern post-production expertise.

Alistair’s long-standing career provides strategic oversight, creative confidence, and a deep understanding of delivering complex projects at the highest level, while Michael’s progression through multiple disciplines offers a detailed, ground-up knowledge of contemporary workflows and on-set experience.

Their combined strengths allow them to operate seamlessly across film and television, uniting creative vision with technical precision and practical problem-solving. They offer a collaborative, adaptable, and highly reliable post-production team capable of steering projects through every stage with clarity, efficiency, and creative integrity.
